Decadent Clear Mind Smoothie
Is it dessert? Nope. It’s a healthy probiotic and nutrient-packed smoothie that just happens to be so deliciously creamy you might mistake it for dessert.
- 1/2 cup Clear Mind kombucha
- 1 cup steamed then frozen zucchini
- 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup cooked then frozen butternut squash or sweet potato
- 1-2 sprigs of mint leaves (optional)
- 1-2 scoops of protein of your choice (optional)
Blend everything together in a high-speed blender, from low to high, until smooth. Top with your favorite crunchies, nut butter, and fresh fruits.
