Muddle some mint in the bottom of a glass. Fill glass with ice. Add 2 oz. blood orange juice, 3-4 drops liquid stevia, 4.5 oz. Just Ginger and a squeeze of lime. Stir. Garnish with lime and an extra sprig of mint. Enjoy!
